Photocall par Mathieu Forget

Dans le cadre des photocalls gratuits organisés par Mathieu Forget, des photographies et/ou vidéos peuvent être réalisées avec la participation des personnes présentes. En participant au photocall, vous autorisez Mathieu Forget à reproduire, représenter et diffuser votre image, à titre gratuit, dans le cadre de la promotion de son travail artistique et des événements associés.

Cette autorisation couvre notamment les supports suivants :

• les réseaux sociaux de Mathieu Forget ;

• le site internet forgetmat.com ;

• les supports de communication imprimés et numériques ;

• la promotion des prochaines éditions du photocall ;

• la presse et les médias susceptibles de relayer l'événement ou le travail de l'artiste ;

• tout ouvrage, exposition ou projet artistique édité par ou en collaboration avec Mathieu Forget.

Durée : Cette autorisation est accordée sans limitation de durée, sauf demande écrite de retrait adressée à contact@forgetmat.com

Gratuité : Cette autorisation est consentie à titre gratuit, sans contrepartie financière.

Protection des données : Conformément au Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD), vous pouvez demander l'accès, la rectification ou le retrait des contenus vous représentant en écrivant à contact@forgetmat.com

Free Photocall by Mathieu Forget

As part of the free photocalls organized by Mathieu Forget, photographs and/or videos may be taken featuring participating attendees. By taking part in the photocall, you authorize Mathieu Forget to reproduce, publish and distribute your image free of charge for the promotion of his artistic work and related events.

This authorization includes, but is not limited to, the following media:

• Mathieu Forget's social media accounts;

• the website forgetmat.com;

• printed and digital communication materials;

• the promotion of future photocall editions;

• press and media coverage of the event or the artist's work;

• any book, exhibition or artistic project published by or in collaboration with Mathieu Forget.

Duration : This authorization is granted for an unlimited period unless a written withdrawal request is sent to contact@forgetmat.com.

Free of charge : This authorization is granted free of charge and without financial compensation.

Data protection : In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or removal of content featuring you by contacting contact@forgetmat.com.
